Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any digital download product, or the coffee table book, ‘The Pursuit of Billfish,’ please let us know within 30 days for a full refund. Other products may be offered in association with third parties, that are non-refundable. If you do run into an issue with a product purchased through this website, please let us know and we will do what we can to resolve it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunded digital products must be deleted by the user from any and all storage and or uses.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
